Almond flour Oat Chia Muffins

Refined sugar free!
(Makes 12)
• 1 cup old fashion oats
• 3 bananas
• 1 1/2 Almond flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 scoop vanilla protein or collagen peptides
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp local honey
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
Add chocolate chips and pecans on top if you want!
Bake 450° for about 35min.
