Tº Tea

• 1/4 fresh squeezed lemon

• Thumb size minced ginger

• 2 tsp. (couple shakes) cinnamon

Add all together in a cup and a half boiling water. Twist ingredients to personal preference. I like more ginger and cinnamon for spicier kick, also add honey to make the taste smoother and if you're fighting a cold.
