Green Chia Protein Bowl

Protein base:

 

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • frozen mango
  • frozen banana
  • 1 cup of coconut milk

Chia Base:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of green boost powder (betteryou.se)
  1. mix chia base and leave overnight
  2. blend protein base and add to cold bowl with chia base
  3. add any fruit, seeds, nuts, granola, coconut, honey.
