Green Chia Pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup of green drink
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • thumb size minced ginger
  • half of small/medium squeezed lemon

Blend together water, spinach, ginger, lemon. Add to chia seeds, whisk vigorously and refrigerate for 30 min. Return to shake jar again so all clumps are gone and leave overnight. (Add shaved coconut, banana, goji berries, honey, and kiwi for extra taste.)
