Super Seed Hard Bread

  • 1 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds

  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts

  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • honey

Pre heat over to 340ºf. Mix all seeds, cranberries, cinnamon, and water in big bowl. Let sit for 15min to plump seeds. Stir well then spread seeds on flat baking pan (should cover whole pan, spread thin), drizzle honey on top for a hint of sweetness. Cook for 30min on top shelf, then move to bottom shelf for 30min. Check every 15min to make sure oven temp isn't too high. Cook till golden brown and firm in the middle.
