Vegetable "Healing" Soup

Serves about 2-3 portions 

 

  • 1/2 cube chicken base
  • 1/4 red chili pepper
  • 1 minced garlic
  • pepper
  • dry basil leaf 
  • 1/2 can crushed tomatoes 
  • 1/4 sliced onion 
  • 2 small carrots 
  • 2 small celery 
  • 1/2 red bell pepper 
  • handful of spinach 

Boil 4 cups of water then add chicken base and let it dissolve. After, add the rest of ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 4 hours. The longer it slow cooks, the more the flavor will enhance.
