• 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice

• 1/2 cup almond or any nut milk

• 1/2 frozen banana

• 1 scoop vital protein collagen peptides

Toppings:

• 2 strawberries

• Blueberries

• Unsweetened shredded coconut 

• Hemp hearts
