Apple Cinnamon Protein CAKE

Base:

• 1 cup almond flower

• 1/2 cup old fashion oats

• 1 scoop protein powder

• 1 mashed banana

• 3/4 small apple (peeled and chopped)

• 1 egg 

• Splash of vanilla extract

• 3 shakes of cinnamon powder

• 1/2 cup almond milk

Topping

• 1/4 apple

• Cinnamon

• Sprinkle of brown sugar

Bake on 400º for 30min until middle of the cake is cooked. I used a pan 7x7 inch pan.
