Protein Pancakes

• 1 mashed banana

• 1/4 cup old fashion oats

• 1 egg

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

• Dash of cinnamon 

Common additions if you'd like...

• chia or flax seeds for additional fiber

• 1/4 cup almond flour or pancake mix for fluffier cakes

• Splash of vanilla extract for flavor

• 70% cocoa chips or cacao nibs

Mix call together in small dish. This will make about 5 cakes. Top with honey, nut butter, syrup, and or berries!
