Cauliflower Pizza Crust


Serves 2 small personal pizzas

  • 1 cauliflower

  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax to 3 tbsp water. let sit for a few min to gel).

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp oregano


  • Tomato paste

  • basil leaf

  • tomatoes

  • onions

  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Pre heat oven to 425ºF. Chop cauliflower and pulse in the blender for a few seconds, don’t over blend into mush. Pat all moister out of the cauliflower. Then add cauliflower and other ingredients in large bowl and mix together. Next, on two separate baking sheet, line with baking paper then spread mix ~1/4 inch thick. Bake for 8min, take out flip over onto new baking paper then bake for another 8min then add sauce and toppings then bake for another 5min
